Interwar Dutch housing has good bones: solid construction, reasonable ceiling heights, rooms with real proportions. The limitations are usually the kitchen layout, the bathroom configuration, and the original flooring. What is possible within those walls depends on structural walls (which require a structural engineer to assess) and municipality rules on external changes. Our scope is the interior. We work within what the structure allows.
Can By Shakir visit Amersfoort for a site assessment before we commit to a project?
Yes. Initial site visits are typically part of the project scoping conversation: we look at the space, take measurements, and form a view on what the design brief should be.
